Who decides what my website says?
You do. We help make the words clear, but you approve your services, prices, hours, offers, photos, tone, and facts.
Do I have to make the changes myself?
No. Send Website Changes by email or phone. You do not need to learn a dashboard, remember a login, or write perfect instructions.
What counts as a Website Change?
Hours, prices, photos, services, pages, promotions, announcements, forms, wording, and layout tweaks are normal Website Changes.
Will I get charged every time I ask for a change?
No. Normal Website Changes are part of the Website Service, not favors and not a surprise bill. If something is bigger than normal, we talk about it first.
What if I’m not sure how to explain the change?
Tell us what changed in the business. We can turn that into the right Website Change and ask follow-up questions when needed.
Will it still feel like my business?
Yes. It should sound like your business. We handle the web work; you approve the words before they go live.

What does the Website Service cost?
$99/month. The build, Technical Care, and Website Changes are included in the monthly service.
Is there a separate build fee?
No. Nothing extra to start. The build is included in the monthly service. You sign the month-to-month agreement, then pay the first invoice.
Am I locked in?
No. The Website Service is month-to-month, with no lock-in. If you need to leave, cancel with 30 days' notice.
What do I keep if I leave?
You keep your domain, content, brand materials, and a copy of the latest site files.
What do I not own if I leave?
You do not own YouGrow’s internal tools, hosting setup, or reusable code. Your domain, content, brand materials, and the latest site files stay yours.
Can I check the price details before contacting you?
Yes. The Pricing page lists the Website Service and other ways to grow.

What is included in the Website Service?
What pages do you build?
A standard local business site usually includes pages like Home, About, Services, and Contact, plus the supporting pages your business needs to explain what you do.
How long does launch usually take?
Most sites launch in 1 to 2 weeks when your photos, services, hours, contact details, and basic business information are ready.
What is Technical Care?
Technical Care is the behind-the-scenes work: hosting, security, backups, fixes, and upkeep. It keeps the site fast, secure, and hard to break.
What quality basics are included?
We build the site to load quickly, work well on phones, support search basics, work for more customers, and make your business details easy for search engines and AI tools to read.
Do you guarantee accessibility compliance?
No. We build so the site works for more customers, including people using assistive technology, but we do not sell legal compliance guarantees.
Do I have to write all the copy?
No. You bring the facts and tell us what sounds right. We turn that into clear website copy for you to review.

Will the website make me rank at the top of Google?
We do not promise specific rankings, instant leads, or a certain lead count. We build the search basics in and make the business information clear.
What if I want more Google visibility?

What if I want leads faster?
Look at Get Leads Faster. We check whether ads make sense before running them, and we decline bad fits.
What if my request is unusual?
That is usually Custom Work. We scope and price it before work starts.
How do I reach support?
Email is the primary support channel, and phone is available when a conversation is easier. Support hours are Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm Pacific.
