Custom work
Have an unusual web request? Start by telling us what needs to happen.
Some requests do not fit the Website Service or the growth services. If you need an integration, a custom feature, a careful move from an old setup, or help sorting out a tricky idea, we can talk through the scope before any work starts.
Which kind of request is it?
Custom work is for the request that is left after the simple fit is checked.
You do not have to diagnose it first. We sort the request with you and point it to the smallest honest next step.
Website Service
If you need a site built, cared for, or changed as your business changes, start with the Website Service. Hours, prices, photos, services, pages, promotions, announcements, and layout tweaks belong there.
Growth services
If the request is about Google Maps, ads, email, or new posts and pages, one of the growth services may fit better than a custom project.
Custom work
If the request needs a custom feature, integration, unusual workflow, careful migration, or deeper planning, we scope and quote it separately before work starts.
Important boundary
Normal Website Changes do not become custom work just because you ask for them.
Changing hours, prices, photos, services, pages, promotions, announcements, or layout details is normal Website Service work. Custom work is for unusual scope: integrations, advanced features, complicated moves, and projects that need their own estimate.
What custom work can cover
Odd-shaped web jobs are worth asking about.
These are examples, not packages. The real scope comes from the conversation and the business outcome you need.
Integrations
When your site needs to send information to another system, connect to a business process, or do more than a normal contact form.
Advanced features
Custom forms, calculators, private pages, special intake flows, member-only information, or other features that need careful thought before they are built.
Complex moves
Old sites can carry important pages, forms, domains, redirects, and content. If moving them needs care, we can scope that work.
Multi-language needs
If customers need key pages in more than one language, we can help decide what should be translated, how it should be organized, and what belongs in scope.
Business tools tied to the site
If forms, domains, email signups, booking links, or website data are tangled together, we can help sort the website side of the problem.
Planning before a build
Sometimes the best help is deciding what not to build, what can wait, and whether a simpler Website Service or growth service already solves the problem.
How scoping works
Conversation first. Scope before work starts.
Start in your own words. You do not need technical instructions, diagrams, or a perfect project brief.
Tell us the outcome
What should happen? What is not working now? Why does it matter to your customers or your day-to-day work?
We look for the simpler fit
If the request belongs in the Website Service, Services, or a quick contact answer, we say that before turning it into custom work.
We define the edges
If it is custom, we spell out what is included, what is not included, what we need from you, and what the next step would be.
You see the estimate first
Custom work is scoped and quoted separately. You see the price and scope before deciding yes or no.
Client words
Easy to reach. Easy to work with. Built around the business.
Clients usually mention the same things: quick replies, clear communication, and a site that feels like their business.
“Onur usually answers the phone, or calls you back within minutes.”

Before you ask
A few fair questions about custom work.
Do I need to know whether it is custom?
No. Tell us what you are trying to make happen. We will help sort whether it fits Website Service, a growth service, or a separate custom scope.
Will normal changes cost extra?
No. Hours, prices, photos, services, pages, promotions, announcements, and layout tweaks are normal Website Changes for clients on the Website Service.
Can you quote it before understanding it?
Not responsibly. Custom work is priced after we understand the outcome, moving parts, and edge cases. You see the estimate before work starts.
What if the Website Service is the better fit?
We will say so. If you mainly need the website handled, start with Website Service or ask for a free custom mockup.
What if my request belongs to another provider?
We will tell you. Some requests are better handled by a specialist, a software vendor, or a simpler change instead of a custom web project.
Where can I check the standard prices first?
The Pricing page lists the Website Service and growth service prices. Custom work is quoted separately because the scope changes from request to request.
